Orange County Tobacco Education Coalition (OCTEC) is based in Orange County, California.  We have been working for close to two decades to edcuate the public on the dangers of tobacco use.

OCTEC is made up of representative from some 35 Orange County nonprofits dedicated to reducing tobacco use in the community.
